Events & What We Do
At this time we organize three different events. Conference, WinterWorkshops and An Evening of Women in Praise & Worship. We alternate our conference and workshop making each a bi-annual event.
Bi-Annual Conference 575 women from 25 difference church
congregations and the community attended our first bi-annual conference. "Pursued by God" was held February 2008 with guest speaker Patti Pierce - founder of Women at the Well.
Worship leader was Jaime Jamgochian - 2006 Best Inspirational Singer.
Annual Evening of
Women in Praise & Worship There is nothing like gathering with daughters of the King and adding your voice in this musical hour of praise and worship led by HIS GLORY SINGERS, a worship team of women from
numerous churches in the Basin. The evening is held the 3rd Sunday in September, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. We enjoy gathering at a different church each year. FREE
Bi-Annual Winter Workshops Our workshops are held ievery other year, alternating with our Bi-Annual Conference. It is our desire to learn from each other tapping resources of knowledge and unique gifts of women in the Klamath Basin. Workshops are typically held in the month of February or March on a Saturday at a local facility. Our first Winter Workshop "Ministering as a Way of Life" was attended by 250 women from 22 different churches in the Basin. Topics included "Women's Ministry 101", "Kitchen Table Counseling", "Women in Pain...Issues of Life's Losses", and "Why and How to Study the Bible". FREE w/lunch provided
